Role OverviewWe are searching for a Full Time RN Center Administrator to work in Mesquite, Texas, who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. The Center’s management company, AMSURG, is a nationally recognized leader in the strategic and operational management of ambulatory surgery centers.
What You Will Do
Monitor operational activities, work collaboratively with Medical Directors and other staff, direct supervision of nursing and patient care, oversee medical staff credentialing and human resources, and manage services provided by contracted vendors.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years of healthcare-management experience, and 2-3 years of experience in an ASC. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and computer literacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/University
- At least 5 years of healthcare-management experience
- At least 2–3-year experience in an ASC
- RN License
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
