Role OverviewThe RN Clinical Director will provide leadership to an interdisciplinary hospice team and will be responsible for clinical oversight, quality, compliance, staff development, care coordination, chart audit discipline, and survey readiness.
What You Will Do
Lead and support an interdisciplinary hospice team providing patient-centered end-of-life care, coordinate and oversee patient services, conduct chart audits, and participate in orientation and training for clinical staff.

Requirements
- Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (strongly preferred)
- Minimum two years of recent direct patient care experience in hospice or home health
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience
- Hospice experience (strongly preferred); strong home health leadership experience may be considered
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation
