Role OverviewThe RN Clinical Director is responsible for the overall clinical oversight and direction of home care services within the branch. This role partners closely with operational leadership to support compliance, caregiver oversight, care coordination, client satisfaction, and branch performance.
What You Will Do
Oversee direct and indirect client care services, ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations, monitor clinical documentation, and lead, coach, and support nurses, caregivers, and office staff.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or management experience in home care, home health, or a related healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
