Role OverviewSanctuary Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience to lead an interdisciplinary team of clinicians as their Clinical Director.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care
- Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a nurse, including 1 year of full time experience in providing direct patient care in a hospice, home health or oncology setting, and 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice or home health care
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of terminal care with expertise in crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, clinical bedside nursing, and family counseling
- Demonstrated ability to execute a supportive, sensitive approach to staff and patient/family needs
- Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation
