Role OverviewThe Clinical Resource Coordinator is a Registered Nurse responsible for the overall education, development, and training of clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Administrator, Director, and Clinical Staff Leaders.
What You Will Do
Conducting individual and group staff educational programs, including orientation, inservices, workshops, and development of educational materials, as well as participating in outreach education as requested.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Coordinator will provide hands-on training, evaluate competency, and perform clinical care when necessary, and must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide education to adult learners.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (exception with CNO approval)
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Tennessee
- BLS completed prior to going to the unit/department and maintained going forward
