Job Description
RN Clinical Lead Plastics Breast Oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Provide direct patient care and serve as a role model to other staff members. Ensure staff meet productivity targets and assist with onboarding of new faculty members. Demonstrates effective problem-solving abilities and actively participates in identification and resolution of complaints.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an NLN approved nursing program
  • 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse (Surgery, Day Surgery, PACU, GI Lab experience, as appropriate for department)
  • Current Texas (or BNE Compact State) license and (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Preferred experience in Plastic Surgery and/or Breast Oncology, CNOR certification
