Role OverviewJoin our Clinical Leadership team in Union County, NJ, as a Pediatric RN Clinical Manager. This full-time role combines office-based responsibilities with regular patient home visits, including occasional overnight visits. You will oversee pediatric home care services, supporting nurses in the field and ensuring high-quality care for our young patients.
What You Will Do
Supervise and support field clinical staff, coordinate and oversee patient care plans, conduct regular patient home visits and staff evaluations, ensure compliance with clinical standards and state regulations, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements
