Role Overview

The RN Clinical Manager– Cardiology serves as a clinical and operational leader for cardiology services, supporting ambulatory patient care standards and quality improvement initiatives. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care that meets established clinical standards and complies with all regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

The RN Clinical Manager acts as a liaison between providers, clinical staff, and leadership, addressing operational and patient care needs while ensuring appropriate delegation of responsibilities within scope of practice. The role is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, staffing oversight, workflow optimization, and coordination of patient care activities within the cardiology service line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of New Jersey
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers (BLSHCP)
  • 3–5 years of nursing experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Cardiology or ambulatory care experience
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement, patient flow, and clinical operations
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in clinical applications
