Role OverviewThe Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring that all home health nursing services comply with Medicare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
What You Will Do
Provide direct supervision and support to field RNs, LPNs, and clinical staff, ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), state regulations, and agency protocols, and monitor and manage quality assurance processes.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN
- 2 or more years of experience in a leadership/ supervisory role

- Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others
- Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations and lead teams through change
