Role OverviewPer Diem RN Supervisor to support home care clients and caregivers in the Binghamton area, providing clinical oversight, conducting home visits, and mentoring Home Health Aides.
What You Will Do
Evaluate, educate, and support caregivers on assigned cases, conduct initial assessments and supervisory home visits, and complete clinical progress notes.

Requirements
- Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR certification
- 1 year of home care experience required
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience required
- Valid NYS driver's license, insurance, registration, and reliable vehicle
