Role OverviewPerforms clinical and socio-economic assessments on referred patients and navigates care between physicians and diagnostic services. Connects patients and families with resources for education, support, and clinical needs throughout their course of treatment.
What You Will Do
Coordinates and hosts weekly multi-specialty physician team meetings, formulates agendas, and follow-up recommendations to facilitate patient care. Facilitates scheduling and authorization of procedures, both pre and post-procedure.

Requirements
- Skilled in critical care nursing and operating room or catheterization lab experience
- Basic cardiovascular rhythm recognition and cardiopulmonary monitoring assessment
- Advanced knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics and imaging techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Highly organized in compiling clinical data / images for presentation to multi-specialty physician teams to accurately assess patients for advanced clinical procedures
- Diplomatic personality with strong drive to grow the program
- Associate's of Nursing
- 1+ cardiac surgical critical care experience
- Registered Nurse with a minimum 5 years of experience cardiac critical care
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
