Job Description
A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee Quality, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance functions.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in an acute care setting
  • Prior experience in quality, risk management, or patient safety
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
  • Experience with regulatory surveys and accreditation processes
  • CPHRM and/or CPPS certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 years)
  • Strong background in performance improvement and data analysis
