Role OverviewA registered professional nurse employed by Erlanger Medical Center is responsible for direct and/or indirect care of the patient.
What You Will Do
Provide kind and compassionate care to patients, gather information, relay relevant data to other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team, and participate in the development of the multidisciplinary treatment plan of care.

The employee must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served, possess communication skills, and supervision skills to assure that staff work efficiently to complete assignments in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Tennessee
- BLS completed prior to going to unit/department and maintained going forward
- ACLS within 6 mo. of hire
