Role OverviewThe RN Educator is responsible for creating a culture of excellence and learning among staff, through role modeling, quality education, competency assessment, and team building activities. The role involves evaluating care provided to patients, assessing competency of clinical staff, and reviewing medical records and documentation.
What You Will Do
The RN Educator will coordinate clinical competency assessment and training needs of clinical staff, provide relevant education on clinical skills, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, and participate in the interview and selection process of clinical staff.

Requirements
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Experience in implementing and maintaining policy-driven practices
- History of working with state/federal regulations
- Recent acute care or LTC experience
