Role OverviewPerforms comprehensive nursing assessments, integrates data, and develops plans of care for patients. Participates in inter-disciplinary patient case conferences and evaluates the effectiveness of established plans of care.
What You Will Do
Conducts home visits, evaluates patient needs, initiates and implements plans of care, and documents patient progress. Notifies MDs and other care providers of significant changes in patient condition.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a current RN license in Mass, one year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include home care and IV experience, computer skills, and a BSN.
