What You Will Do
Conducts patient evaluations, initiates plans of care, and documents patient progress. Participates in interdisciplinary case conferences and instructs Home Health Aides.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires RN license in Mass, 1+ year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include home care and IV experience, computer skills, and BSN.
