Role OverviewThe RN Float Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients across sites (Gastonia and Shelby) under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Director.
What You Will Do
Collect patient data, follow up with appropriate responses, identify patient's overt problems/needs, set priorities, and observe participants to ascertain if they need to be seen in the clinic.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year of experience working with the frail, elderly population, and possess knowledge and skills necessary to treat patients.
Requirements
- RN licensed in NC
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Has practiced nursing in the last 3 years
- Has 3 years of RN experience (or a combination of RN and LPN experience) with at least 1 year of experience working with the frail, elderly population
