RN Health Care Facility Surveyor

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
• At least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Independent decision-making skills and ability to set priorities
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
