RN Health Care Facility Surveyor

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification
• At least 2 years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Independent decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage conflicts
