Role OverviewThe RN/Health Care Trainer will work with participants of LifeStream's training programs and employees to maintain regulations, deliver updated health information, and instruct in a manner to achieve optimal knowledge for health care and human services field.
What You Will Do
Deliver curriculum, create and update training programs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with guidelines and requirements for health-related training.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The RN/Health Care Trainer will work with the RN Manager of Clinical Education to ensure the successful delivery of all nursing education programs, and will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and delivery of the Nurse Aide Training/Home Health Aide (NAT/HHA) Program.
Requirements
- Must have at least one year experience as an RN in a long-term care facility
- Maintenance of an acceptable CORI
- Valid Driver's license
- Negative drug screen
- Must meet the eligibility requirements to become a Medication Administration Trainer in Massachusetts
- Must meet the eligibility requirements to become a Primary NAT Instructor with the Department of Public Health
