Job Description
The RN Home Health Clinical Director ensures quality of patient care in the home by overseeing patient care services and managing clinical staff. The role involves developing and driving strategies for the nursing division, as well as monitoring quality and performance standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' management experience in Home Health
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills
  • Possess a current, unencumbered license to practice nursing/BSN preferred but not required
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Experience with OASIS and QAPI
  • Strong Medicare Background (Adult)
  • Strong Leadership Skills & Solutions Oriented, Adaptive, Change Agent
  • Team Builder: Passion for teaching, supporting and guiding staff
