Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 year of acute care med/surg or acute rehab experience to join our team in Merrimack, NH. As a RN Homecare with Home Health & Hospice Care, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, develop care plans, and work with patients and families to manage symptoms and pain. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a $12,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Associate degree in nursing
  • Registered as RN with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing
  • One years’ recent acute care experience
