Job Description
Provide nursing care to terminally ill Hospice patients, assist families in home care situations, and work with the Hospice team to provide care.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed as a registered nurse to practice in the state
  • Ability to work independently and make judgments based on assessments and data
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse (preferred)
  • Active patient contact within the past three years (preferred)
