Role OverviewDevelop and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market, representing hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families, and community partners.
What You Will Do
Identify new referral opportunities, strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside field activity, and work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Hospice and/or Home Health clinical liaison, hospice admissions, healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred
- Minimum one year of healthcare sales, marketing or liaison experience required; two or more years preferred
- Hospice and/or palliative care marketing or liaison experience required
- Local market knowledge, job stability, and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves
- Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
