Role OverviewPerforms comprehensive nursing assessment, integrates data, and identifies problems to provide safe and quality care treatment or services. Maintains annual HHRG values at National Standard and refers to community resources as needed.
What You Will Do
Evaluates clinical needs, initiates and develops plan of care, documents accordingly, and participates in inter-disciplinary patient case conferences.

Requires RN license in Mass, one year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Home care and IV experience, computer skills, and BSN preferred.
