Role OverviewProvide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team. Record and evaluate staffing patterns for all inpatient nursing units each shift. Assist in development and/or implementation of performance improvement programs and services.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with nursing staff at all levels, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders. Evaluate need for immediate intervention in family crisis situations and Medical Social Work involvement when available.

Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
- BSN Required
- 5 years experience in an acute care setting required
- MSN preferred
- Pervious leadership experience preferred
