Role Overview

Join our team at Bronson Behavioral Health as a RN House Supervisor. The hospital is a 96-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital that addresses the growing need in southwest Michigan for more accessible, high-quality behavioral health services. We offer a full continuum of inpatient behavioral healthcare services for adult patients.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day operations of the unit, ensure staffing is adequate to provide care, and oversee the care of patients through the collaborative efforts of team members. Function as the lead nurse on assigned shift, provide professional and administrative leadership to staff, and coordinate nursing, medical, and/or behavioral health care activities.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Three or more years' experience in nursing practice
  • Two or more years' experience in behavioral health
  • One or more years' experience in a supervisory or charge position
  • Current RN license as required by state
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
  • First aid certification (may be required based on state or facility)
