Role OverviewJoin our highly engaged 32 bed ICU team at Scripps Mercy San Diego, where you'll provide direct patient care within the scope of practice. As a critical-care nurse, you'll work with a team of skilled medical professionals to provide superior health services in a caring environment.
What You Will Do
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. Take primary responsibility for patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under your supervision.

Requirements
- Registered Nursing Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing
- At least one year Adult ICU RN experience
- Current CA State RN license
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive behaviors
- Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English
