Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a part-time RN II ECMO Specialist Program. The position provides nursing services for patients requiring or potentially requiring ECMO therapy. Requirements include 3 years of critical care nursing experience, 2 years of ECMO specialist experience, and relevant certifications. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program
  • 3 years critical care nursing experience
  • 2 years of ECMO specialist experience
  • (NLC) NURSING LICENSURE COMPACT-BNE
  • (ACLS) ADV CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT course
  • (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
  • (NIHSS) Natl Inst Health Stroke Scale
