Job Description
The Children's Home of Reading is seeking an experienced RN to provide nursing care to patients with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Join our team in caring for the needs of children and families in crisis and preparing them for success in life.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and licensed to practice nursing in the State of Pennsylvania
Clinical experience working with emotionally challenged children/adolescents preferred
At least three (3) written references that demonstrate past educational and/or employment experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Successful completion of core development orientation program
PA Act 33/34/73 clearances and Proof of Exclusions
Pre-employment physical from a licensed physician (after conditional job offer) verifying person has no communicable diseases or physical conditions that might endanger the health and safety of children or prevent the person from performing essential job responsibilities
