Role OverviewWe are urgently seeking a nurse for a 21 year old male GTUBE-TRACHEA AND VENT every Saturday and Sunday 2pm-11pm. Client resides in Matteson, IL 60443. We are a home health care company that specializes in long term 1-1 private nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients on G-TUBES, TRACHEAS AND VENTILATORS.
What You Will Do
Provide nursing care to a 21 year old male patient with a GTUBE-TRACHEA AND VENT, working every Saturday and Sunday 2pm-11pm.

Requirements
- Valid LPN or RN license on the state IL
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN/LPN
- Valid CPR card
