What You Will Do
Coordinate resident care, implement and update care plans, answer call lights, and prioritize tasks to maximize best clinical outcomes. Complete daily rounds, provide shift reports, and coordinate resident information.

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse License from the State
- High School diploma or GED
