Role OverviewJoin our pediatric nursing team to provide one-on-one care to children with complex medical needs. Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, or other developmental delays. CareFinders Total Care is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care, support, and comfort in the home and community.
What You Will Do
Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting, monitor the child's health and safety, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Willingness to work in Netcong, Oak Ridge, Morristown & Parsippany
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs
- Reliable, compassionate, patient, and attentive
- Able to provide hands-on care, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, positioning, and assisting with mobility or transfers
- Ability to safely operate and monitor medical equipment as required
