Requirements

  • Valid RN license in the state of Indiana
  • Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
  • Responsible for administering medications and treatment
  • Responsible for maintaining proper charting for the unit
  • Responsible for assisting in maintaining the facility and nursing care philosophies
  • Responsible for maintaining a high standard of resident care
  • Responsible for all mandated in-service education
