Job Description
MDS Assistant (RN) Opportunity at Brownsburg Meadows! The MDS Assistant is responsible for the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Active Indiana RN license
  • One to three years of experience in MDS completion preferred.
  • Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.
