Role OverviewThis role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with medical staff to optimize patient care. The RN will work in a Med Surg Ortho unit, evaluating patient needs and standards of care, and ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
What You Will Do
The RN will administer medications, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation of patient information. They will also evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and interventions, and provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and their families.
