What You Will Do
Organize patient care, prioritize, delegate, deliver, and evaluate on an ongoing basis. Utilize the nursing process to deliver care according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred
