Role OverviewEndeavor Health is accepting applications for our RN New Graduate Residency Programs across multiple hospital locations for the March 15, 2027 cohort. These structured programs support newly licensed registered nurses transitioning into professional practice through clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, peer support, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement.
What You Will Do
Provide safe, professional, and person-centered nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Participate in clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, group discussion, and reflective learning.

Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and experiential learning. Recognize changes in patient condition and respond effectively. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the interprofessional team.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license, or eligibility for license-pending employment
