Role OverviewProvide clinical leadership across seven communities within your region, travel between communities, and conduct resident assessments. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical judgment, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
What You Will Do
Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and community leaders, oversee medication management and clinical documentation, and coach, train, and develop care teams.

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Assisted living, memory care, senior care, or related experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to quickly build trust with different teams and adapt to different environments
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable traveling between seven communities as needed
- Passion for working with seniors, including those living with dementia
