TriState Health's RN Nurse Residency Program transitions new graduate nurses into practice with emphasis on inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. The program includes classroom-based training and bedside learning with trained Preceptors.

Requirements

  • Must have graduated within the last 12 months, or be graduating from an accredited nursing program

  • 1 letter of recommendation from an instructor at your school of nursing or a previous employer
