Role OverviewResponsible for direct referral source service delivery, providing information on programs and services to grow existing business and develop new business and coordinating referrals to ensure optimal transitions from facility to home.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with clinical and hospice teams, participate in direct referral source servicing, educate key targets on benefits and quality of care, develop and implement sales and marketing plans, and represent VNA Care in meetings and presentations.

Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in clinical field
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
