Role OverviewThe Outpatient RN will provide exceptional surgical experience for patients at Lakewood Health System, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values. The role involves assessing and caring for patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs during their surgical experience.
What You Will Do
The RN will provide continuity of care, monitor for ongoing issues, and intervene based on assessment. They will also ensure accurate documentation and promote the Nursing Practice at Lakewood Health System.

Ideal candidates have previous Outpatient or PACU experience, excellent patient care skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Maintain an active Minnesota RN license
- CPR Certified
- ACLS Certified or obtained within 6 months of hire
- PALS Certified or obtained within 6 months of hire
- Knowledge of EKG rhythms preferred
