Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home assessments and wound care visits throughout our service area.
What You Will Do
Conduct in-home client assessments, evaluate clients' care needs, complete clinical assessments and documentation, perform wound assessments and wound care when applicable.

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of professional RN/nursing experience
- RN license held for at least 3 years preferred
- Home care, geriatric care, case management, or assessment experience preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel up to 1 hour to client homes
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Flexible schedule and responsive to scheduling requests
