Role Overview

Works under the general supervision of a physician, advanced practice provider, and/or nursing leadership to provide nursing services in care and treatment of patients.

What You Will Do

Performs and accurately documents physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments, anticipates patients and/or patients' family needs, and develops an appropriate plan of care for the patient.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires 1 year of RN experience, with specialty areas may have increased experience requirements. Preferred experience in a Pre-op/Day Surgery/Phase II Recovery setting.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program
  • 1 year of RN experience
  • NURSING LICENSURE COMPACT-BNE current Texas (or BNE Compact State) license
  • BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
