What You Will Do
Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship-based nursing care, demonstrates technical skills in care delivery, and communicates effectively to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of RN experience, with emergency services experience preferred, and will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and contribute to the professional practice of nursing.
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- 1 year of RN experience required
- Emergency Services experience preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required Upon Hire)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on the clinical care standards of the unit
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required based on the clinical care standards of the unit
