Role OverviewCommuniCare Health Services is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations for facilities in the Cleveland, OH area. This is a key management position responsible for evaluating facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
What You Will Do
Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training. Train new nursing management. Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys. Aid in the Plan of Correction process.

- Must maintain current CPR certification
