Role OverviewThe RN Specialty Leader is responsible for daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. They ensure effective use of resources, maintain established standards of care, and meet outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
What You Will Do
The RN Specialty Leader will assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit and ensure that variations in patient care are justified and well documented.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license
- BLS required
