Job Description
The RN Physician Practice Supervisor provides day-to-day management of an assigned provider office, overseeing operational and clinical services, staffing, payroll, patient and provider schedules, and maintaining a safe and high-quality care environment. The supervisor works collaboratively with the Medical Director and other providers to ensure patient satisfaction and expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • One to two years of experience in physician practice
  • Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Functional skills on PC and related software
