Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our evening shift team at the Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in New Haven, Connecticut. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
What You Will Do
Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care, provide direct patient care and support as needed, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
