What You Will Do
Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities, provide clinical oversight, monitor resident conditions, ensure compliance with physician orders and facility policies, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey, with 4+ years of nursing experience and 2 years of supervisor experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
